Juvenile Clerk of Courts
The role of the Clerk’s Office is to provide courtroom support to Magistrates and Judges and assist Specialized Dockets, Probation Department, outside agencies, and the public in processing paperwork on new and existing cases.
The objective of the Clerk’s Office is to process filings and paperwork in an effective and timely manner to ensure efficiency. This includes review of incoming complaints and motions from attorneys and the public to ensure all documentation is complete upon submittal.
The Clerk’s Office schedules all official cases before the Judges and the Magistrates, and the processes payments for court costs, fines, restitution, and drug screens.
